Herakovo House
The house is designed for a sloped terrain and has unique qualities. It is a two level house and the entrance is located on the mid level of the staircase. From there up you find yourself in a spacious main room with a living zone, big kitchen with an island, dining table for 8 and even a space for the home office time. On the same level a small bathroom and a laundry room located next to the staircase. Next to the kitchen however is located the pantry or a closet - depending on the usage of the client. With it's big windows on the east side, where the slope goes down, one can experience a luxurious feeling in an affordable house. A total of three bedrooms each one with a spacious bathroom are located on the first floor. All the materials and interior proposals you see here can be designed according to the clients desires and needs.
