This house is designed to be placed on the island of Kefalonia, Greece. The house is designed to fit in a rural area and it is suitable for year-round living or as a summer rental unit. It consist of two floors with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Main entrance is located at the north-west side of the house and leads directly to the main room of the first floor. The main room has a dining area with a table for 6, a kitchen and a living space area. A guest bedroom is located at the south-east part of the house and can be accessed through the living space area. The bedroom has an in suite bathroom that is located under the staircase. The staircase itself is located at the north corner of the house and loads to the second floor. There is a small landing at the start of the staircase that has a space for a small closet, where a separate laundry unit is located. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an in suite bathroom. A second bathroom on this floor can be accessed through the main corridor. The plot is considered to have a minimal parking space for two cars.
