Porto Heli House
Designed as a one-story single-family home, this house is designed following the principle of Vivacitas Homes - proper utilization of space, as well as a 20 cm wall and roof insulation making it a passive house providing a coefficient of thermal conductivity U=0.20 W/m²K. It is a two-module structure connected with an open corridor in between. It has 3 bedrooms in total each with an ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with a view towards the garden. The large open space for dining, kitchen and living area is designed so that light could pass through easily without overheating the room. In addition, we have created a small spa area where the following are located - a sauna, an additional bathroom with hydromassage bathtub and a space for fitness or yoga exercise. The so called yoga room together with the main space has an open view towards the back yard with large windows stretching up to the ceiling. With its beautiful porch covered with the extended roof of the main building this house is an ideal place to relax anytime of the year. All the materials and interior/exterior proposals you see here can be designed according to the client's desires and needs.
