Designed as a two-story single-family unit, this house provides all the necessary spaces for quality living. The house is also designed for the region of Riyadh based on clients need for spacious areas and multiple bedrooms. On ground there is a big living room overlooking the veranda and the long pool. Next to it a spacious dining rooms is located suitable for 10-12 people. The kitchen is design on the side of the building in the middle part and is directly connected to the dining room. Right next to the main entry of the house a smaller living room is located which has it's own separate entry suitable for short visits. The master bedroom is design using one whole side of the first floor. It contains a walk-in closet large bathroom and the bedroom has a view towards the veranda and the pool. An office room is located between the master bedroom and the staircase. A separate bathroom is adjacent to the office. Also under the stair case there is a half bathroom. All the rooms and area on the first floor are design surrounding a small opened courtyard which breaks through the second floor and has an opening on the roof of the building. This opening is covered with retractable skylight. The second floor is accessible through the staircase which is located right next to the main entry of the house. On this floor there are 4 bedrooms each with in-suit bathroom. Adjacent to the opening of the small courtyard, a living area is formed overlooking the big balcony.
