Sani House
This house is designed to be placed on the island of Paros, Greece. The house is design to fit in a coastal area and it is suitable for year-round living or as a summer rental unit. It consist of two floors with two bedroom and two and a half bathrooms. Main entrance is located at the north side of the house and through a small entrance space leads directly to the main room of the first floor. The main room has a dining area with a table for 6/8, separated kitchen and a living space area. The staircase is located at the north-east corner of the house, right next to the main entrance and loads to the second floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. A second bathroom on this floor can be accessed through the main corridor. A balcony connected to the two bedrooms is placed at the south facade, from where you can enjoy the sea view with your afternoon coffee. The plot is considered to have a minimal parking space for two cars. The house is designed with a big porch with a view towards the sea.
