Designed as a two story single family unit, this house provides all the necessary spaces for quality living. Combined with our construction system, wall finishing, and the implemented solar "PV" panels on the south side of the roof, this house can easily become a zero energy one. The first floor is designed with spacious main room with dining table for 6, large living space and a kitchen for every need of a typical household. The staircase is located at the north-west corner of the house and leads to the second floor where 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a small one with a shower are located. There is a small balcony - 1 meter in depth - that connects the two bedrooms. All the materials and interior proposals you see here can be designed according to the clients desires and needs. Based on our vision of future housing we have implemented in this project a greenhouse suitable for a Grow Table using aquaponics system located at the south side of the plot. This can provide home grown vegetables and even has it's own fish farm.
