It is a brand new building, it is designed to be a NZEB requiring minimum amount of energy and it will be certified by the PASSIVE HOUSE INSTITUTE –GERMANY.
Its design includes heat recovery mechanical ventilation, solar water heaters, photovoltaics natural gas and heat pump.
In addition, we are providing the project management and the coordination of the construction of the project.
Completion is expected in late spring of 2021.
